Safety is a top priority for FLY. All volunteers must pass a background check before participating in any youth-facing activities.
Weekend Volunteers:
Weekend volunteers are essential to the success of our annual seminar. Opportunities include:
- Leading or assisting small groups of students
- Helping with setup and logistics
- Capturing memories through photography
- Supporting activity stations and workshops

Year-Round Volunteers
All of our current staff are volunteers who dedicate their time throughout the year to bring FLY to life. Year-round roles are perfect for those who want to take on leadership responsibilities, help shape the direction of the program, and support planning efforts.

We are very intentional about our volunteer selections. All applicants will undergo an application and interview process to ensure alignment with FLY’s mission, values, and culture.
