What is my leadership experience?
I have been working with this lovely group of people for about 7 years now! I have been a small group leader with other leadership programs in the past, and I have loved every second of it. I also volunteer with organizations like Surfer’s Healing where I man the “life jacket” station, and Special Olympics as a buddy and a photographer. I am also currently in school to become an elementary school teacher.

What is the “why” behind my involvement in this project?
When I was asked to be the Director of Operations for FLY, I was ecstatic. I love being able to help out and make all the magic happen behind the scenes. Aside from that, I love watching the youth I work with grow into themselves, and being there when they finally see themselves as the leaders I know they are. I love instilling hope, confidence, and drive in our youth.

Fun fact about me/a hobby I enjoy
When I’m not working or going to school, I love to do puzzles and word searches while binge-watching my favorite shows/movies, or reading while listening to music.
