Ben Blaker has spent more than 20 years serving in youth leadership roles, mentoring and supporting young people through faith-based programs, leadership development, and community involvement. Throughout that time, he has focused on helping youth build confidence, strengthen character, develop meaningful relationships, and discover their potential.

Professionally, Ben is a technology executive with a background in cybersecurity, software development, and organizational leadership, but some of his most meaningful work has come through investing in the next generation. He is passionate about creating environments where youth feel valued, challenged, and inspired to grow into capable leaders and compassionate individuals.

Ben brings a practical, relationship-focused approach to leadership, combining real-world experience with a genuine love for mentoring young people. He believes that strong communities are built by empowering youth with opportunities to serve, lead, and develop resilience.

He lives in Lehi, UT with his family and enjoys reading, music, building and tinkering with technology projects, and spending time with his wife and children.
