The Foundation for Leadership in Youth was founded in 2023
What is FLY?
FLY is an Idaho-based youth leadership program designed for student in high school. Through immersive experiences and mentorship, students develop leadership skills, build meaningful connections, and gain the confidence to lead with purpose. Students will gain hands-on experience in leadership, problem-solving, and service, preparing them to make a meaningful impact in their schools and communities.
Program Highlights:
- Each year, our camp focuses on a different theme, allowing students to attend multiple years to build upon their leadership skills and apply lessons learned as they continue to grow.
- The camp is designed and run in Idaho, ensuring a local and community-oriented experience.
