Role: Director of Programs

The Director of Programs focuses on designing and developing the camp’s curriculum and activities. This includes the comprehensive assembly of the program, which encompasses, among other tasks, theme selection, the selection of speakers, coordination of activities, and the organization of the program booklet. They work closely with camp staff to create a well-rounded program that fosters leadership development among the youth.

The Director of Programs for the Leadership Seminar is responsible for planning and executing the seminar’s content and schedule. This includes selecting speakers, developing session topics, and coordinating all seminar activities to ensure alignment with the event’s goals. The Director of Programs works closely with the Director of Volunteers and other team members to ensure the seminar runs smoothly, from session flow to timing. They oversee the creation of program materials, such as agendas and speaker bios, and manage the logistical needs for each session. Throughout the event, the Director ensures that all content is delivered effectively, engaging participants and contributing to the seminar’s success.
